Christine Marie Palmer

Christine was born and raised in Gadsden, AL. She began working at her first law firm at the age of 15, where she continued working through high school and during college breaks. Christine graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a minor in criminal justice. She then attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL. While working toward her law degree, Christine participated in the Juvenile Law Clinic, assisting indigent clients in family-related custody matters. Following graduation from FCSL, Christine accepted a position as in-house counsel for a real estate investment company litigation quite title actions, real estate litigation and landlord-tenant cases. She then moved to a boutique midtown Atlanta law firm specializing in employment issues, where she acted as the firm’s managing attorney overseeing multiple associate attorneys, case management and client relations. Christine’s background and legal experience had previously focused in domestic relations and family law, and she always knew that was where her passion lied. As such, she sought out a position practicing as a domestic relations associate. Christine joined Oxendine & Sauls in 2012. She now brings her energy and experience to Oxendine & Sauls as our Senior Associate Attorney practicing in all areas of domestic litigation, divorce, child custody, adoptions, and modification actions.

Christine moved to Georgia in 2006 after graduating from law school. She met her Husband, David, in 2009 and they were married in 2011. The Palmers live in Tucker, GA and are active members in the Tucker community. In 2010, David proposed to Christine on their first trip to Maui, HI and they were married in Maui in 2011. Maui holds a special place in the Palmers’ lives and they visit the island every August. Christine converted David to cheering for the Tide and they are avid ‘Bama fans. Christine has always been an animal lover and has volunteered with rescue organizations in her free time. She now has 3 chihuahuas, 2 of which are rescues.
